Personal Reflection essays

I must say, these made for an interesting read! Short feedback is at the end of the essays. Lots of conflicting opinions and many interesting slants and insights. In class tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be talking about the essays and their findings and then moving on to a discussion on production - what it is, how it's changing etc.
